Your once-in-a-lifetime love story deserves to be celebrated with intention. Invitations and day-of stationery should be more than beautiful—they should capture the essence of your day and flow seamlessly through every detail. With a meticulous eye, I design pieces that work in harmony to reflect the heart of your celebration. From the first impression to the final toast, your stationery will feel as unforgettable on paper as it is in memory.
Memories are shaped by texture, color, and pattern—leaving impressions long before your wedding day. I design save-the-dates and invitations that are more than paper; they’re the tangible beginning of your celebration and the first glimpse of your love story. Thoughtfully crafted with materials, hues, and details that evoke emotion, each piece becomes a timeless keepsake, carrying your story forward with beauty, meaning, and intention.

Before the design begins, we’ll connect to refine your direction and get clear on what you love (and don’t). You’ll also complete a questionnaire about your love story, which helps me weave meaningful details into your suite. This step makes sure we’re fully aligned before we start designing.
From there, I’ll create a quote with three curated package options at different price points, all tailored to your vision and showing example processes and materials suited to each investment level. Once you’ve reviewed everything and chosen your package, you’ll receive a contract and deposit invoice to officially secure your date!
Start by completing the inquiry form and sharing your style, details, timeline, and budget. This gives me a clear sense of your overall direction.
We’ll start with the Concept Phase, where you’ll receive two directions to choose from. This sets the foundation of your design, including layout and overall flow based on your initial vision. Production processes and materials are thoughtfully curated for each suite, keeping everything balanced, cohesive, and aligned with your aesthetic and price point, with optional upgrades if you want to elevate specific elements.
When we reach the Finalize Phase, we will polish every last detail and get your suite fully ready for production. Once everything is approved, we move into production, and I’ll update you when your design has come to life.
In the Refine Phase we start building everything out in more detail, fine-tuning wording, typography, and graphic elements so the design feels cohesive and true to your vision.
Once everything’s approved, your suite moves into production. I take care of all the behind-the-scenes details like file prep, printing, and working with trusted vendors to bring everything to life exactly as designed. Printing can take up to a month depending on the processes used.
Your suites are carefully taken to the post office where they are hand-canceled, or sent via a shipping provider using trackable labels for rigid mailers. And from there, the fun really begins—your guests start receiving them, and the compliments roll in as they swoon over invites that feel so you.
Once all pieces are ready, I carefully check each one before assembling your suites by hand. This includes punching, scoring, and gluing, along with adding finishing touches like ribbon, wax seals, or wraps, and applying postage stamps where needed. Everything is then double-checked before packaging.

QUESTIONS
What’s your pricing structure?
What’s the typical investment?
Most couples invest $2,000–$4,000 on invitations, $800–$3,000 on day-of details, and $200–$500 on personal stationery. Everything is fully custom and designed around your story and aesthetic.
Do you offer day-of details?
Yes. I design cohesive day-of paper goods and select signage like menus, programs, place cards, table numbers, bar signs, and welcome signs. Rental signage is available for medium pieces, and I collaborate locally for larger custom builds.
Are your designs customizable?
My designs are completely custom! After booking, you’ll complete a questionnaire and join a design call so I can understand your vision. From there, we refine, elevate, and create pieces that feel uniquely yours.
What's your day-of details process?
My day-of details process follows a similar format to my custom invitation process. We usually have a clear direction established from the invitations when starting these details, so the process moves a bit quicker.
How long do custom invites take?
Most custom suites take about twelve-thirteen weeks from contract signing to printed perfection, that's ready to be mailed. I require booking at least six months before your wedding so your invitations receive the attention they deserve, though eight months is ideal. Cohesive save the dates are best designed about a year in advance. Good design takes time—rushing it isn’t my vibe.
When should I mail my invitations?
I recommend mailing your invitations 8–12 weeks before your wedding. This gives guests plenty of time to respond without you feeling rushed and leaves a little buffer to gently follow up with anyone who “definitely RSVPed.”
When should I mail my save the dates?
Save the dates typically go out 7–9 months before your wedding. Planning a destination wedding? Bump that timeline to 10–12 months so guests have plenty of time to arrange travel without panicking.
Are there deposit requirements?
A 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due when materials are ordered, typically a few weeks before mailing.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes! I handle assembly, stuffing, stamping, sealing, and mailing so you can check it off your list and actually enjoy your engagement.
